7. Special Notice for Minors
Our AR games are not intended for users under 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you must not use face or voice capture features unless a parent or legal guardian provides consent. If we become aware that Biometric Data has been collected from a minor without parental consent, we will promptly delete it.
8. Cross-Border Transfers
By participating, you acknowledge that your Biometric Data may be transferred to and stored in the United States, which may not provide the same level of protection as your home jurisdiction. We use contractual and technical safeguards to help ensure adequate protection for cross-border transfers.
